Couple's Therapy

Couple's therapy as an opportunity for personal and joint development:

To have a stable and satisfying relationship poses high demands on a couple. Stress, habits and unfulfilled expectations can cause the partnership to lose its vitality. There is separation, relationship problems take over, and the prospect of something beautiful and nurturing is lost.

In couple's therapy I try to capture the concerns of both partners. I ensure that both sides can communicate and listen to each other. It is important to find out what each of the two partners wants and wants for the future, and how they want to change themselves.

Among other things, I support you with the following concerns:

  • Stress in the partnership
  • Communication
  • Sexual problems
  • Outside relationships and affairs
  • Uncertainties regarding the continuation of the relationship

In the event of problems in a partnership, it is usually advisable that both are jointly consulted. You can, of course, also address partnership topics in individual counselling.

The goal of working through and overcoming conflicts in a partnership is not a settlement but mutual understanding!
